Kravchenko Ruslan Andriyovych
Born: March 14, 1990, in the city of Sievierodonetsk, Luhansk region.
Education: higher education, graduated in 2012 from the National University "Yaroslav Mudryi Law Academy of Ukraine" with a degree in "Law."
From June 2012 to April 2015, he worked in the military prosecutor's office of the Crimean, Western, and Southern regions of Ukraine.
From September 2014 to April 2015, he served as the acting prosecutor of the 33rd military prosecutor's office of the Southern region of Ukraine in the area of the anti-terrorist operation.
From April 2015 to February 2019, he held positions as a prosecutor in the department and as heads of units in the Main Military Prosecutor's Office of the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine.
From February 2019 to September 2020 – Deputy Military Prosecutor of the Central region of Ukraine.
From October 2020 to March 2021 – Head of the Specialized Prosecutor's Office in the military and defense sector of the Office of the General Prosecutor.
From March 2021 to April 2023, he headed the Bucha District Prosecutor's Office of Kyiv region.
From April 2023 to December 2024 – Head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration.
From December 2024 to June 2025 – Head of the State Tax Service of Ukraine.
By the decree of the President of Ukraine, he was awarded the Order of Merit of the III degree, the Order of Daniel of Galicia, and the Presidential Award of Ukraine "For Participation in the Anti-Terrorist Operation."
He has been repeatedly encouraged with departmental commendations. Awarded the badge "For Diligent Service in the Prosecutor's Office."

Vdovichenko Maria Serhiivna
Born: June 21, 1988, in Kyiv.
Education: higher education, graduated in 2009 from the National Law Academy of Ukraine named after Yaroslav the Wise, in 2012 – from the National Academy of Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine with a degree in "Law".
From November 2011 to June 2014, held positions as an intern in the vacant position of assistant prosecutor and prosecutor of the Podil District Prosecutor's Office in Kyiv.
From June 2014 to December 2015, worked as a prosecutor in the juvenile justice department of the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office.
From December 2015 to January 2019, served as the first deputy head of the Kyiv Local Prosecutor's Office No. 7 in Kyiv.
From January 2019 to September 2020, headed the Kyiv Local Prosecutor's Office No. 7 in Kyiv.
From September 2020 to May 2023 – Deputy Head of the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office.
From May 2023 to June 2025 – First Deputy Head of the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office, performed the duties of the head of the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office.
From June to December 2025 – Deputy Attorney General.
Since December 10, 2025 – First Deputy Attorney General.

Khomenko Oleksiy Mykolayovych
Born: August 10, 1981, in the city of Poltava.
Education: higher education, graduated in 2003 from the National Law Academy of Ukraine named after Yaroslav the Wise with a degree in "Law Science".
From July 2003 to October 2012, he worked in the military prosecutor's office of the Central region of Ukraine in positions of assistant, senior assistant, deputy military prosecutor of the garrison, prosecutor of the department, head of the military prosecutor's office of the region.
From October 2012 to April 2014 – Deputy Head of the Department for the Protection of Rights and Freedoms of Citizens and the Interests of the State of the Department of Human Rights and Representative Activities of the Main Department for Supervision of Law Compliance in the Military Sphere of the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine.
From April 2014 to November 2020, he held the positions of Deputy and Head of the Military and Specialized Prosecutor's Office of the Central region.
From November 2020 to August 2022 – Head of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.
From September 2022 to January 2023 – Deputy Attorney General.
From January 2023 to December 2025 – First Deputy Attorney General.
Since December 10, 2025 – Deputy Attorney General.
By the decree of the President of Ukraine, he was awarded the Order of Merit of the III degree. He has been awarded the honorary title of "Honored Lawyer of Ukraine".

of Crimea Maksym Yuriyovych
Born: July 19, 1988, in Samarkand, Uzbekistan.
Education: higher education, graduated in 2010 from the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine named after Yaroslav the Wise with a degree in "Law".
From July 2010 to November 2014, he worked in the military prosecutor's office of the Naval Forces of Ukraine, in Crimea and the Western regions of Ukraine.
From November 2014 to February 2018, he held positions as a senior prosecutor in the department, deputy head, and head of units in the Main Military Prosecutor's Office of the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine.
From February 2018 to September 2020 – first deputy military prosecutor of the Central region of Ukraine.
From September to November 2020 – first deputy head of the Specialized Prosecutor's Office in the military and defense sector of the Central region.
From November 2020 to January 2023 – deputy head of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.
From January 2023 to June 2025, he headed the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.
By the decree of the President of Ukraine, he was awarded the medal "For Impeccable Service" of the III degree.

Leschenko Andriy Leonidovych
Born: July 30, 1985, in the city of Sumy.
Education: higher education, graduated in 2007 from the National Law Academy of Ukraine named after Yaroslav the Wise with a degree in "Law."
From July 2007 to May 2013, he worked in the military prosecutor's office of the Central region of Ukraine.
From May 2013 to December 2019, he held positions as an investigator and senior investigator in particularly important cases, deputy head and head of the department, deputy head of the department in the Main Military Prosecutor's Office of the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine.
From December 2019 to September 2022, he headed the department of supervision and information-analytical work in criminal proceedings regarding crimes committed in temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions and in the context of armed conflict of the Department of supervision in criminal proceedings regarding crimes committed in the context of armed conflict, Office of the General Prosecutor.
From September 2022 to June 2025, he worked as the deputy head of the department of procedural guidance for pre-trial investigations and supporting public prosecution of the Department for Countering Crimes Committed in the Context of Armed Conflict, Office of the General Prosecutor.
By the decree of the President of Ukraine, he was awarded the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytskyi of the III degree.

Born: September 24, 1987, in the city of Luhansk.
Education: higher education, graduated in 2009 from the East Ukrainian National University named after Volodymyr Dahl with a degree in "Law",
in 2012 – from the Khmelnytsky National University with a degree in "Economics and Entrepreneurship".
From December 2009 to May 2012, held positions as an investigator and senior investigator in the Prosecutor's Office of the Zhovtnevyi District of Luhansk.
From May 2012 to July 2014, held positions as a prosecutor and senior prosecutor in departments of the Luhansk Regional Prosecutor's Office.
From July 2014 to September 2020, held positions as a prosecutor, senior prosecutor of the department, and head of units in the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office, as well as Deputy Prosecutor of the Podil District of Kyiv.
From September 2020 to March 2021 – prosecutor, head of the department of the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office.
From March 2021 to July 2025, headed the Darnytsia District Prosecutor's Office of Kyiv.
From July to December 2025, headed the Chernivtsi Regional Prosecutor's Office.
Since December 11, 2025 – Deputy Attorney General.

Kylymenko Oleksandr Vasylovych
Born: September 17, 1986, in the town of Sribne, Sribne District, Chernihiv Oblast.
Education: higher education, graduated in 2010 from the National Law Academy of Ukraine named after Yaroslav the Wise with a degree in "Law Studies".
From June 2010 to March 2016, served as an investigator and senior investigator in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the National Police of Ukraine.
From March 2016 to July 2022, worked at the National Anti-Corruption Bureau in positions as a detective, senior detective of the First Department of Detectives, and senior detective - head of the third department of detectives of the First Division of Detectives of the Main Division of Detectives.
From January 2021 to July 2022, served in managerial positions at the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine.
Since July 29, 2022 - Deputy Attorney General - Head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office.
